Excess money in 2022 and 2023 HSA

I have excess money in my HSA from 2022 and a bit from 2023. I am on medicare and should not have an HSA at all. I am 70 years old and want to withdraw the money, whether as a qualified expense or as a non-qualified expense, but I don't remember how to access my HSA. Whom do I call to get access?

If it was setup by a former employer, I would contact them.

You should have a card to use to make purchases, similar to a credit card, the information about who holds the account would be on that.

You can look at prior tax returns to see if you have a 1099-SA, the information would be on that.
