Double taxation of RSUs in california, which were granted in Canada

Hello,

   I had rsus which were granted in Canada, I'm now in California and when my rsus vested,  I was double taxed withheld. i.e Canada witheld on the full amount and California too withheld on the full amount. 

My question is during tax filing is there a provision to apply for credit for the double taxation?
