Does the property taxes you paid for 2023 go on the amount paid, but I dont have any not paid on principle residence

Can you clarify your question? If you have property taxes to report on your principal residence or a second home, they are entered on Schedule A under the Deductions and Credits section.

You don't need to enter them at all if you know that you will be taking the standard deduction.
