Do I need to list my daughters college if I am not getting any deductions for it?

My daughter is in a foreign school that doesn't participate with US, so doesn't have an id number so I can't claim any tuition and she didn't have any books to buy last year. Do I just leave if off? Is there any reason I should leave it on? ( I am claiming her as a dependent )

In the situation that you describe there is no reason to enter anything about your daughter's school. If you don't claim an education credit, any information that you enter would not go on your tax return anyway.
