Do I need to add the child care I used to pay for dependent care benefits in child care credit, or is that double dipping? I can't tell if I need to add the proof.

You must list all your qualified expenses along with the provider name and tax number.  The amount of your work benefit (FSA) will be captured from your W-2 and taken into account, and if you qualify for an additional credit, it will be calculated.  If you don’t list all your expenses, the FSA may appear to have been used for non-qualified purposes and added to your taxable income.
