Do i have to include foreign bank accounts statements in tax return?

none of my foreign bank accounts exceed $10,000 do I need to prove this in my tax return?

With the amount less than $10,000, you are not required to file any foreign bank accounts related forms 8938 or Form FinCEN 114.  Therefore, you do not need to include any foreign bank accounts statements.
