Daycare provider FICA number

I paid about $4,000 in childcare expenses to a daycare provider in 2023. When I asked for their EIN, they said they don't have an EIN, but instead have a FICA number, which they did provide. Can I use the FICA number in place of an EIN or SSN when entering daycare provider information in the deductions and credits section of TurboTax? What is a FICA number?

Ask for her social security number and use that.
