Club 2/22/18 DDD! Filed/accepted 2/3, approved 2.17 w/ddd. Trans shows processing of 3.5 w/code 846 for 2.22? Cycle 20180705 eic & actc, sbtpg hasn’t rec’d. Anyone else?!

This does help. It'll keep me from driving myself crazy checking everything all day like I have been. Instead I'll just check my card and that's it. I'm just not sure if they send refunds out through the day or if they only send once a day or what.. I can't help but check every hour anyway..lol

Hey Eric Well from my experience NetSpend will put the money on your account as soon as they get it. I’ve had deposits as early as 6 am and one year my refund came on my NetSpend card as late as 8pm. Also keep in mind the different time zones of each company. NetSpend is central time but SBTPG is out of California I believe so they are three hours behind me. So if I wake up at 6 am and star checking it’s only 3am there and they aren’t even open. I hope that’s helps Eric 🙂

Oh yeah..well duh, I don't know why it hadn't even dawned on me about the different time zones..lol that makes much more sense now. So I was basically checking at 3am...no wonder. I still have hope it will show today then. thank you so much.

Well sbtg doesn’t open for another 20 minutes. It’s 5:42am in California right now and they open at 6am. I say give them a few hours and maybe start checking around noon?

Congrats to all who received sbtpg updates already! Having said that, I’m a little confused about how their systems are updating since some status changes were made before business hours (pacific time). They claim one thing and do another, starting to doubt any kind of consistency with this ‘bank’
Someone mentioned earlier possible processing order by last name, I hope you’re on to something. N is in the middle, maybe not too much longer! Trying my absolute best to keep hope alive! It’s still earlier EST, we have all day to potentially still see our funds tomorrow, or even today for you prepaid card holders 🙂
