Child tax credit

Does anyone know to answer this question when turbo tax ask about legal parents. My wife and I are the great grandparents and granddaughter is the legal parent but I don't have that option to choose

When entering the dependent, choose Another Person and then choose Grandchild (even if it's your great-grandchild)
