Premier will work fine for your federal return. You will need to have or get both the VA and the MA state returns, but you can add any states to any version at any time. You'll prepare 2 part-year returns for VA and MA. Next year (assuming you do not move again), you will only need the MA state return. Everything about the home sale will be entered in on the federal return, then that income will be allocated in the state returns.
