Can my vehicle be considered a home office?

No, your home office must be part of your home and you vehicle is your home*.  To claim the home office deduction on their 2021 tax return, taxpayers generally must exclusively and regularly use part of their home or a separate structure on their property as their primary place of business.

* unless your vehicle is an RV or similar vehicle. The IRS definition of a home includes a house, condominium, cooperative, mobile home, house trailer, boat, or similar property that has sleeping, cooking, and toilet facilities.
