Can I write off my new truck I bought 11/21/18 sale tax and license fee in AZ.

Do I need to amend my 2018 tax or can I include it on my 2019 taxes

Can I write off my new truck I bought 11/21/18 sale tax and license fee in AZ.

It is entered on the tax year when you place the truck in service ... if you bought it in 2018 and did not put it into service until 2019 then it will go on the 2019 return ... otherwise it goes on the 2018 return.
