You can wait until your Minnesota return has been accepted and amend it. TurboTax will generate the correct form (M1PR). Or you can file by paper. Here are the links form Minnesota with the form and the instructions:

You can wait until your Minnesota return has been accepted and amend it. TurboTax will generate the correct form (M1PR). Or you can file by paper. Here are the links form Minnesota with the form and the instructions:
