A non-citizen, non-resident is called a non-resident alien (NRA). NRA's are taxed on income they earned while working in the US or from US sources (e.g. businesses or accounts in the US).
If you were an employee of a US company, but did not work in the US and had no other US based income, then you do not need to file a US income tax return.
If the US company withheld from your pay for US taxes, you should see if you can get that back by fililng a form 1040-NR.
Turbotax does not support 1040-NR, but has a partner who does. See this FAQ. https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2437638-does-turbotax-handle-form-1040nr-for-nonresident-aliens
