Can i deduct what i pay weekly for my health insurance which my husband has through is work

we are separated but not legally. my share is 100.00 a week

Probably not, unless you pay the company directly. You cannot deduct it if you pay your husband your share.  You can also not deduct it if it is taken pre-tax from his paychecks.
