Can I claim foreign tax credit for foreign self employed income if I have no tax documents?
I received foreign income from several countries in Europe in 2017, several of them withheld tax but only one of them gave me tax documents. For the others countries that withheld taxes I have contracts, emails, and bank statements that show that they withheld tax and the tax amount. Can I claim foreign tax credit for all of the countries that withheld tax? Thank you!

Yes, you can. As long as you keep the documentation and be able to show IRS the proof upon their request.
