ALL tax refunds with EIC or Claiming Child tax credit were delayed this year, the IRS held them........ALL of them..see IRS.GOV
"The IRS has begun to release taxpayer refunds for those claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit. However, these refunds likely won’t start to arrive in bank accounts or on debit cards until the week of February 27".-----

SIGN INTO your TurboTax  account for rejection information, I wouldn't depend on a vague email.

Be careful.  There are a lot of phishing emails trying to infect your computer to steal sensitive info.   So do not click on any links, and do not download any attachments.

Who was the email allegedly from?  Was it supposedly from TurboTax/Intuit?   Even if looks real, it can be fake.

You can report a copy of the email with intact headers to https://security.intuit.com/  , and they will evaluate it.

You can phone TurboTax Support if you need help.
