Arizona Medical Deduction

Medical expenses are not transferring from my federal return to my Arizona return. I even deleted my Arizona return, then entered the medical expenses on federal, then re-entered my Arizona return - they still didn't pass over. Also, there is a spot on the Arizona return where it looks like I should be able to enter medical expenses, but the software won't allow me to enter anything in that field (it just shows a zero that I can't change). What do I do? I'm using the online software.
