TurboTax will let you file now, but your return will sit on TurboTax servers until the IRS opens their e-file system. Once you e-file or mail in your return you cannot get it back, cancel it, or make any changes to your return. You would have to wait to make any changes or add information until your return gets accepted or rejected.
