Are painting and permits tax deductible as related to an EV home charging installation?

Hello, I had a level 2 EV charger installed at home this year (2020), and I would like to know if re-painting the ceiling after the cable was run through (ceiling was cut and re-caulked but not re-painted), and also acquiring the permit for the installation can be included in the tax deduction?
