AMT Carry-Forward Credits from Prior Years

Hi - I've paid Alternative Minimum Tax on each of my Federal tax returns since 2007. At the time, I didn't realize that the AMT amount paid could be carried forward and used as credited against future regular tax returns. Because of this, I did not create form 8801 with each return.  Now that am filing my 2020 Federal tax return, I realize that I could have been eligible to offset my regular taxes with these prior year AMT.  Is it possible for me to make up for my past stupidity and amend my prior year returns back to 2007 to include Form 8801, so that I can carry forward the AMT credit against my 2020 Federal tax return? Thanks in advance!
