2023 Hawaii State PV Credit Calculations

For the Hawaii State PV Credit Calculations for 2023 for single family residence, does TurbotTax take into account the Battery PV kW Output Capacity in addition to the PV Solar Panels kW output?  In other words, I have two (2) Tesla Batteries rated at 13.5 kw Capacity each.  Do I add that to PV output capacity to determine my total PV System output?  I understand the cost is calculated with the PV Panels, but I am questioning specifically the Battery PV Output - is that added to the overall Total PV System output?  Thanks.
