1099-R regarding a charitable gift annuity

I am entering information into TurboTax regarding distributions from a charitable gift annuity.  I am asked,  Where is this distribution from?  The only answers that could possibly make sense are "not eligible for exclusion for those over age 59 1/2" (whose meaning I don't understand) or "None of the above."  Would greatly appreciate some help here.  BTW, I am age 74 if that is important.

You will have to select "None of the above" if none of the answers apply to your distribution.

"Not eligible for exclusion for those over age 59 1/2" won't apply to you since you are 74.
