The "Other Income" reported on your federal return would be listed on Schedule 1, Additional Income and Adjustments to Income of your Form 1040:
You need to look on that schedule to determine what other income is listed on your federal return, then enter the portion of it that applies to the time you were a resident of Oklahoma. For instance, if you received unemployment income while you were a resident of Oklahoma, you would list that as the portion of that part of your federal other income earned in Oklahoma.
