Working Remotely from GA for Company in NC

I am currently residing in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and working for a company based out of Durham, NC. At the end of April 2022, I will be moving to Atlanta, Georgia, but I will continue working (remotely from my new residence in Atlanta, GA) for the same company (based out of Durham, NC). Will my income from that company based out of Durham, NC be subject to both NC and GA state income tax?

Working Remotely from GA for Company in NC

If you are moving by end of April, the income received  while you were living in NC will be taxable in NC and income received after moving to GA is taxable in GA. You need to allocate your income between the 2 states.

How do I allocate (split) income for a part-year state return?
