Why hasn't Turbo Tax uploaded the North Carolina State tax forms?

The North Carolina state forms are expected to be updated on January 27th.  

TurboTax updates the forms as quickly as they can after the agencies involved get their forms updated.  North Carolina can't update until the federal government does and TurboTax can't update until North Carolina does and so on.
