Which version of Turbo Tax allows me to file for a Minnesota renters credit?

All versions that can prepare state returns will help you prepare the MN renter's refund.  It has to be printed and mailed.  Some people can file one electronically at the MN tax agency's website.

In the Online Editions, a state return is extra, but available in each edition.

In the Desktop  Editions, Premier and Home and Business include a state program.  Basic Edition does not include a state program.   Deluxe may or may not have a state program.  If purchased from TurboTax, it has both the Federal and State combo.  If purchased elsewhere, you have to be careful since there is a Federal-only Deluxe and a Fed & State combo Deluxe.
