I’m married and live in Louisiana and worked in NY, Where on the state return, can I found my tax credit for paying taxes in both NY and Louisiana?

Taxes paid to another state is reported on your IT-540, Schedule C. Then look for the Schedule C calculation on the IT-540 line 12.
