Where do i enter the amount of State and Federal Taxes witheld?

You enter it from the forms that show the withholding. 

Withholding in boxes 2 and 17 on a W-2 are entered at the w-2 screen, under wages.

Withholding in boxes 4 and 14 on a 1099-R are entered at the 1099-R screen, under Retirement.

Etc.
