How do I access Line 12c to enter my NJ tax exemption for vetrans?

I accessed the state's website and they explained to enter on Line 12c of my return; however there is no where for me to enter.

When TurboTax transfers your federal information to the state, one of the first sections is called "Less Common Filing Situations."  Select Military Veteran.  On the next screen, you will confirm the selection.  TurboTax will enter the exemption on Line 12C of the state return.
