What typical Philadelphia tax forms do I need?

I have W2 income, some dividends. I don't have a business, don't sell anything for profit. I have deduced that I need to file PA state, Philadelphia city taxes, and school district income tax. Is there any other tax forms that I might need to fill out that someone coming from a state that only has one form (the state tax) might not know of?

TurboTax can create the state of Pennsylvania tax return as an addition to the federal tax return.

However, TurboTax does not support the Philadelphia Earnings Tax (see https://www.phila.gov/documents/2019-earnings-tax-forms/) for the City. Note, however, that the instructions suggest (i.e., ask your HR department to be sure) that if your Philadelphia employer withholds city tax on your paycheck, that you might not need to file the city return - some cities do it this way, but I am not sure about Philadelphia, so ask.

TurboTax also does not support the school district taxes for Pennsylvania. In the City itself, please see https://www.phila.gov/services/payments-assistance-taxes/income-taxes/school-income-tax/

For other school districts, please contact them directly.

As for other possible taxes, I would encourage you to contact the Information Desks at your city hall and your county to find out if there are other obligations.
