If you have taxes due to the state of VA, you can send in your payment when you file your return, or you can mail a check in separately, Turbo Tax will print out a payment voucher for you to mail in with your check, or you can pay the balance due online by clicking here: https://tax.virginia.gov/individual-income-tax-payment-options
