What do I need to mail in to file an Indiana State tax return?

My filing instructions say to return Your tax return - The official return for mailing is included in this printout. Remember to sign and date the return. I'm just not sure if your tax return is referring to only the 2-page IT-40 form, or the IT-40 form along with the 7 schedules that were included with the filing copy that I saved as pdf. Since I selected to save a "filing" copy, I'm assuming all of that, schedules and all, make up my return, but I don't want to pay extra to mail back more than I really need to.

If you mail in your Indiana IT-40 income tax return, mail the 2 page IT-40, Schedules 1-7 (if used), Schedule CT-40 and Schedule IT-2210 (if used).  Enclose the state copies of W-2's and 1099-R's and payment (if applicable).
