Virginia Turbo Tax glitch on typing in account for 529 College America

Other people back in 2020 and 2022 had this same problem. You need to type in the account number for the College America account, all of which have a combination of letters and numbers. Turbo Tax will not let you type in a letter as part of the account number. Previous users have said Turbo Tax needs to correct this problem, but apparently they are not reading these questions or responding to requests to fix the problem.
