VA 502 PTET _ Amended Return E-filing

I need to file an amended return for 2022 VA 502 PTET.  Turbo tax indicated that it doesn't support efile of the amended return and instructed to file the return in mail.  However, the printed copy has watermark " intormational only_ Electronic Filing Required."    Is there a way to get around this?
