TurboTax transferred $4K of income adjustments from my federal return. It's asking for a description and the OK portion of these adjustments. I don't know what this means

The income adjustments are from lines 23-36 on your 1040. They encompass such things as Moving Expenses, HSAs, IRA deductions, etc.

If you lived all year in OK, they are 100% attributed to OK. If you moved into or out of state, you may need to prorate them depending when you moved. For example, many states only allow moving expenses to be deducted if you move into the state.
