Turbo Tax did not figure under estimate tax penalty for 2019 Virginia Tax return with Step by Step process

Got a notice from Virginia Taxation that I owe underpayment of estimate tax. Not much, but disappointed with Turbo Tax did find the amount owed with the Step by Step process when I printed form 760CG and filed by mail. I found the Underpayment form in the View forms box and discovered there is a checkbox if I want Virginia to figure the underpayment amount. If I uncheck then Turbo Tax will populate the form and calculate the amount owed. I just wished Turbo tax would had asked the question in the step by step process.

Lesson learn for 2020...to double check actual forms when completing step by step process.
