Trouble with MO-CR (1) form read only value

Greetings!

I'm using turbo tax desktop to finish my taxes and am having trouble with a value from the MO-CR (1) being negative.  When I look up support topics (https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/discussion/what-is-a-mo-a-tp-kansas-city-st-louis-refu...) tells me to just change the value to 0 I cannot because the field is read only.  It's the only value on the form that is read only for me.  

I'm really unsure what to do and would appreciate any help from an expert.
