There is no Tennessee state income tax

The return is requesting that I file a Tennessee state tax form. I did not live in Tn in 2016 and Tn does not have a state income tax. I don't want this to delay my refund.

You can delete a state return in TurboTax Online, as long as you haven't paid for it yet (or registered in a free version).
