cannot find this company.  I had a similar problem with Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., that was fixed by your experts.  Can you fix this?

Can you clarify what you are trying to do?  Is this retirement income that is reported on a 1099-R form or income from investments such as items reported on a 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, or 1099-B?
