Worked in Louisiana. Jan-Nov. 2016, then moved to Arkansas Dec1-31, 2016. No income through the final month. Do I file taxes in Arkansas?

If you received no taxable income after becoming an Arkansas resident, you do not have to file an Arkansas return.

But you DO have to file a part-year resident return for Louisiana.
