State fling for Oregon

I finished my federal, CA and non-resident OR. I attempted to e-file them all but TT Premier shows only Fed and CA. What about OR? I purchased a house there in 10/19 and placed in service for rental but received no rent income because I spent months fixing the place up incurring passive loss. I think I need to file OR so I can carry the loss to 2020 to off-set my rent income.
