State efiling issue

I have worked in AL and my wife in MS and CT. We did MFJ federal return and efiled.

I prepared new MFS return for AL and efiled and was accepted.

I prepared MFS return for MS and CT for my wife. Both efiles were rejected. Turbo Tax didnt allow me to efile her MS and CT without her new MFS Fed return efiled. Then her efiled MFS Fed return was rejected as she was in my MFJ return. As her Fed return was rejected her state return was rejected.

How to efile her MS and CT rerurns? Thanks.
