I was accepted on 1/28/19 . I have three children and I will be receiving both credits. The irs website says we have received your refund and it is being processed. It has been saying that since Saturday.....no direct deposit date.....This is annoying:(.I am not able to view my transcript electronically but I did get one in the mail with a cycle date 050519.
