What do I do? I can't get hold of the customer rep. The status of State e-filing is still pending and there is deadline approaching.

Rest assured that you have filed before the deadline so you will not be penalized for a late file. it's the same thing as if you mailed your return and you have it postmarked before midnight, you have complied with your filing requirements.

Okay thanks @DaveF1006. But I had my federal was rejected and got assistance to get it approved. My concern is only if the state rejects.
