Should I fill non-residency in DC where I work or my company's headquarters location of Virginia?

You will file taxes in the state you live.  You will not file a DC return if you are a DC nonresident unless DC taxes were mistakenly withheld.  You will need to file a Virginia return if you are a Virginia resident, if you work physically in Virginia and live in a state that does not have a reciprocal agreement with Virginia, or if you worked in Virginia but live in a state with a reciprocal agreement with Virginia and Virginia taxes were mistakenly withheld from the taxes.
