I moved from Maryland in 2019 and only have S.S. and investment income. Do I allocate any of this as Maryland Income ? Or is it all the state I moved to and now reside.

You should allocate it based on where you were living when you received it. For example, if you lived in Maryland through the end of June, you would report 1/2 of your social security benefits on your Maryland part-year resident return. The other 1/2 would be reported on the return for your new state.
Thank you
