If these forms are being generated as part of a Composite Return (where the entity pays the tax on behalf of the owners), you must ensure each taxpayer has a unique "Member Number" assigned in the partnership/S-Corp data entry screen. Without unique identifiers, the G-L form will almost always fail to display the second person.
If you are filing a joint PA-40 (Individual Return), remember that PA does not allow joint income reporting like the Federal 1040 does. Everything in PA is "His" or "Hers." The G-L forms must mirror this individual separation.
Need print out of both husband and wife’s PA G-L forms.not currently available on turbo tax from print center. It only shows wife’s which was the last data entry data entry but not the husbands. I need both forms for local tax forms credit.
Is the information from both forms being saved in the return? As long as that is the case then at least the program is functioning correctly.
In order to get both forms printed you will have to print hers, delete her information, print his and then add her information back in. That's a hassle but it will get the job done. I will report this as something that needs to be looked into but the odds are not good that it gets reported before the tax deadline.
Thank you I will try the quick fix to get the print out. The print out is not the only concern as the program input is not working correct either. Once you put the husbands income in first it gets changed as soon as you put the wife’s income in second on her separate listing.
Yes the program seems to get the right answer.
