Massachusetts health insurance for part year resident

I lived in Massachusetts for 6 months in 2019. As such, I am only required to show health insurance on the Mass state return for the dates of residency. When I go to the screen where I am asked to check off the months I had health insurance while a resident, all 12 months are already checked off and I cannot uncheck the months I was not a resident. As a result, the software is calculating a penalty on my return for not having full year coverage. Is this a software glitch that has not yet been discovered. Has anyone else encountered this?

Early in the MA health insurance interview, you are asked if you had approved coverage for all or part of the year. Answer that you had coverage all year, as you had it all of the time that you lived in MA.
