I want to file a NJ state tax extension following the instruction in TurboTax. It generated a form NJ-630-V. But when I checked the NJ tax department website, what they offered is NJ-630-M. The format are different. Is the form generated by TurboTax good to mail to NJ tax?

Isn't it simpler and safer to go online and do it?
File a request for extension form NJ-630 online at njtaxation.org
because it's the first time I file NJ return, it doesn't allow to do this online.
You can pay all or part of your federal estimated income tax due and **indicate that the payment is for an extension** using Direct Pay, the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System, or using a credit or debit card. Your extension is then automatically granted and you will receive a confirmation number for your records.
NJ will accept a Federal extension and honor the extension for NJ filing. BUT i don't see anywhere in TurboTax to enter a confirmation number.
OR
File paper Form 4868 and include a copy with your mailed in NJ State return.
OR
File Form 630 on paper.
